I chose the website Zoom.us. Zoom is a website for individuals to conduct video conference calls. Unlike websites like skype, in Zoom you can share screens with multiple people and turn on and off many different features. I find that sharing screens is extremely helpful when possibly giving a presentation or using diagrams and images to explain certain topics. I feel that this website can help anyone while a student and in their future careers. In my future career as a Physician Assistant, working with PA’s all over the world is common and truly helpful to the profession. Chapter 7

After reading chapter 7, I feel that spread is the most important factor related to my future career as a Physician Assistant. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 38% job growth rate for the Physician Assistant profession through 2022. The influx of providers and spread of the profession, will hopefully allow more individuals to become aware of the profession. Many individuals do not know what physician assistants are, and some people refuse to see one for medical care. I also believe that the growth of the profession would bring more knowledge to the medical community. With more physician assistants, more medical professionals would be involved to share their thoughts, ideas, and stories regarding cases and medical information. Not only will this help other professionals, it will help patients as well.
